The 21200-15D21 Clutch Basket/Primary Driven Gear for the E-24 DR350 is discontinued by Suzuki but the 21200-14D11 used in other markets is still available ex-Japan as of June 2020
If using the 21200-14D11 you have to use the matching 21111-14D01 Primary Drive Gear because both items have different gearing from the Australian model
